Centralized Temperature Monitoring for Pharma Warehouse

The client was relying on manual data loggers downloaded via USB to monitor their large cold storage warehouse. This led to delayed notifications of temperature excursions, high manual labor costs, and difficulty generating audit-ready compliance reports.

Existing Environment

A 50,000 sq ft facility with 4 independent cold rooms and 12 standard data loggers with no networking capabilities.

Krezup designed and deployed a centralized Environmental Monitoring System (EMS). We installed wireless temperature and humidity sensors across the facility, feeding data to a central SCADA server configured for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance with audit trails, electronic signatures, and automated alarm notifications via email.
